Flexible Insulated Busbars Flexible insulated busbars consist of several layers of uncoated or tinned copper strips and are insulated with flexible high quality PVC compound. The flexibility and insulation of the bars makes it possible to install them very closely into difficult equipment or small places very easily with hands or simple tools. They can handle heavier current loads than solid busbars of the same cross-section and can withstand vibrations or thermal expansions. They are particularly well used as connectors in switchgears and between transformers, switching devices and prefabricated power networks. Copper-Aluminium Bimetal Sheets and Washers Bimetal sheets are used to prevent bimetallic corrosion at dissimilar metallic joints. Copper and aluminium sheets are diffused together to form a homogenous solid bond. These are manufactured in standard size of 600 mm x 1000 mm and in thickness of 1 mm to 2 mm but can be made available in continuous coil form in thickness upto 5 mm and above. We even manufacture bimetal washers, busbars and wires as per customer's requirement. Bimetallic combination of any dissimilar metal can also be produced.
