Laminated Flexible Connectors We manufacture highly flexible copper and aluminium laminated flexible connectors. Our highly flexible copper laminated flexible connectors are manufactured by stacking several foils of high conductivity electrolyic grade copper of thickness 0.04mm and above and then applying high current under high pressure. This is a special metal diffusion process whereby the metal itself melts and forms homogenous bond without using any filler material thus giving a very negligible, almost nil millivolt drop across the connector, thereby reducing the temperature rise and increasing the current capacity of the connector. It is also possible to drill, saw, braze, mill & weld the contact areas. These connectors are used as flexible expansion joints to prevent damages by vibrations of machine or switchgears and to take care of thermal and dynamic stresses caused by short circuit current in the system. Flexible connectors are i n d i v i d u a l l y d e s i g n e d a n d manufactured as per customer's requirement and application. Contact surface can also be electro tinned, nickel, silver or gold plated. Insulation as required can also be provided.
